Helicopter tours

Complexe Capitale Hélicoptère has a reservation and 48-hour cancellation policy

Please note that at least two passengers are required for all flights. Passengers whose flights were booked for only one person will be paired with others.

You may change or cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled flight. No modifications may be made to reservations within 48 hours of departure. Please contact us at us at 1 418 204-7777. No-shows will be charged in full.

On the day of your flight

Be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure time.

Departure and check-in

Your helicopter will depart from Complexe Capitale Hélicoptère:
1688 route de l’Aéroport
Québec City, Quebec G2G 0K1

Shuttle service

If your flight includes our shuttle service, please arrive at the pick-up area at least 10 minutes ahead of time. The shuttle will pick you up about 60 minutes before your scheduled flight. If the shuttle has not arrived on time, please call our transportation department immediately at 1 418 204-7777.

Cancellation due to weather

Complexe Capitale Hélicoptère reserves the right to cancel a flight due to poor weather conditions or for safety reasons. Flights may be cancelled just before takeoff. Should this happen, Complexe Capitale Hélicoptère is not liable for any expenses incurred for passenger transportation to the departure point.

Flight times, helicopters, rates, and itineraries are all subject to change without notice. The flight lengths given in our documentation and on our websites are provided as guidelines only.

Complexe Capitale Hélicoptère is not liable for the loss or theft of any objects or luggage onboard our helicopters or any other means of transportation.

If you have a medical condition that could put you at risk during a Complexe Capitale Hélicoptère tour or ride, you must obtain clearance from your physician before you fly.

It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they are fit to board the helicopter. Complexe Capitale Hélicoptère employees (pilot, photographer, etc.) may not help anyone who is unable to bard the helicopter by their own means. Where applicable, clients must ensure that they are able to obtain help from another person accompanying them for the boarding process as well as throughout the entire tour at their own cost.

Weight restrictions

Passengers weighing over 280 pounds must pay for an extra seat and must notify Complexe Capitale Hélicoptère at least 48 hours before their flights for safety reasons. Passengers will be weighed at check-in.

Pilot responsibilities

Complexe Capitale Hélicoptère pilots are in sole command, and have complete authority over everyone onboard. They may decide, at any time, to disembark or refuse to embark any person or load that presents a danger for the flight. They may also end the flight at any time for safety reasons.

Complexe Capitale Hélicoptère responsibilities

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have written permission from a parent or legal guardian to fly with Complexe Capitale Hélicoptère.

Babies (children under 2 years of age)

Babies without seats must be held securely a parent’s lap.

Gift card

Gifts cards are not transferable or reimbursable.
